Indians use totoms as a sign of they`re culture and their faith. Indians have different faith than we do. They worship a lot of different Gods than we do.
Yes, every country or culture has their own unique way to worship God. Growing up Indonesia, I had many friends from different faith and we lived in harmony. I have never had the chance to know about Canadian Native Indian's faith and culture personally but from what I understand they are very interesting!
