Did you ever do something without your parents asking?
I have never done something without my mom and dad asked me except clean my desktop, does that count? Did you ever do something without your parents asking?
Hey Jen!! How about we ( of the blogusphere ) write a story together starting with a new piece of your artwork? You create the painting and then write one sentence like..."It was a dark and stormy night when suddenly ---" So then when your followers read it and see your art piece, we each add a sentence or two. The story will be created by you and your bloggers, piece by piece. I think it could be very fun, interesting and creative. Who knows what funny twists and turns your story will take! The crazier the better!! Sounds like fun to me!
Honestly, I don't remember if I ever done something in the house before my parents asked me to. I think I couldn't keep up with the house chores, Jen. There was always something to do but I don't think I was such a good of girl when I was younger.
I think the nature of children is to have to be asked. However, I was always willing to empty the cookie jar without asking to help make room for more. At some point as a teen, I remember doing gardening without being asked. I dont know why.
Wow, it's amazing how well you turned out considering Eddie. I think that's a great idea Barbara, it would be like group think. I can't recall my parents asking me to do anything recently Jen. Dad
I think volunteering to help comes only with adulthood after you have your own children! Then you have a better understanding of why helping voluntarily is so nice! I know I didn’t have a tidy room when I was young and I was always reading a book when I was supposed to be doing something else. The story idea is great Barb. Should be fun.
Looking back, I doubt it!! I was always raring to go play outside!
