I have to admit I never played in the leaves, to many bugs, lol. But seeing them fall off the trees and change into many beautiful colours is always an amazing sight.
There is something wonderful about crisp fall air and piles of dry, rustling colourful leaves in autumn. It takes me back to my childhood and the first few weeks of an exciting new school year. Autumn leaves and the smell of smoke from back yard leaf piles burning are always linked to school days for me. Thanks Jen, for bringing back memories of these pleasant, simple, carefree days.
