How long does it take you to fall asleep?

It usually takes me half a hour to a hour to fall asleep. It depends on how tired I am. How long does it take you to fall asleep?

  1. Well, it varies, though I'm usually asleep in 15 to 25 minutes.
    If something bothers or worries me I hardly skeep all night, hate that! However, I can function well on 5 hours sleep if I have to but overall I'm a good sleeper.

  2. I loooooooove sleeping or just being in bed! Lately, I don't fall asleep as easily as I used to and I accept that. I also enjoy having a good thought before I fall asleep, like thinking about a lot of joyful things from the past or remembering funny stuff too!

I usually fall asleep quickly when I am tired Jen.  That means getting some exercise during the day.  I believe that most people that don't sleep well don't get enough exercise.  I know that can be difficult for you.  I like to think about the garden when I fall asleep and all the things I want to do in it.  Dad

  4. It takes me about 16 hours. I dont feel sleepy at all when I first wake up but I know that sleep is on the way at the end of the day. About 10 pm, if I sit or lay down, sleep is only minutes away.

  5. I read and my eyes get heavy and I doze off that way, works well. When I wake in the night to take a pee I sometimes cannot get back to sleep so I read some more. It is not wasted time because I need to do it sometime anyway. Also, I sometimes review shot by shot a recent golf game and that puts the lights out pretty quick too! I do not get anxious about not sleeping because that just makes things worse and the body usually knows what it needs, U. Nick
