I have a feeling you might be disappointed because there is less for you to do than there was the last time. You were only 5 years old and you weren’t on a vent so you could go on the rides. Dad just lifted you out of your chair and you sat between us. You had a great time!
Disneyland is the happiest place on earth! I have been several times in the last few years. Once with Olivia and more recently I went with dreams take flight as a group leader. I had five children to Shepherd around the park along with a nurse and two other volunteers. All of my kids where from the cancer Center. We had a blast! To me Disneyland is more than just the rides. Sure I like them but it takes me to a place like nowhere else. They do a believable job making people smile. I'm not sure if you would enjoy yourself or not Jen. I think you would. But sometimes our perception what it would be like is greater The Experience itself. If you can find a way to go do it.
That sounds awesome Owen. I'm glad you were able to be a part of giving those kids an unforgettable experience. Well Jen, if a trip to Disneyland would involve a private jet and a helicopter, I think I'd settle for Disney on Ice! I have a feeling that the difficulty of getting to Disneyland would really tire you out too much. Maybe you will be able to see Disney on Ice. You know it's better in a way because you just have to sit still and they perform in front of you, bringing the magic of Disney right to you with some pretty unforgettable ice skating performances. Our oldest son was a hockey player and he was a phenominal skater. It was beautiful to watch him do drills as he practiced his skating skills and worked with figure skating coaches. They do that now for hockey players. His 4 sons play hockey now too. I saw Disney on Ice when our boys were young and I loved it. Barbara
