Well Jenn. I can tell that this is another example of your Dad encouraging you to do something, even if it wasn't the brighest idea. I did the same with Ryan. My most famous one is when we were in Lake Cowichan and I took the kids swimming off of a dock. Ryan's wheelchair went over the side and into about 5 feet of water. I jumped in and got him back up then his chair. It was before he was vented. I spent the rest of the weekend taking his whole chair apart then putting it back together. What an experience!!
Yes I remember that Jen. you were going around the corner that was banked the wrong way and your chair and went straight into a ditch. Fortunately some people came by a few minutes later and help me pull you out. I was pretty sure you we're okay because we were able to finish the walk and you weren't complaining too much. Luckily you had your seatbelt on! What an adventure Jen! Isn't it great to have memories like that? We could do it again if you like! The walk I mean. Dad
Yes, many times bad memories become sweet ones after a long period. Because I did many silly things in my younger year, I now have many funny memories to remember, especially when I was living in Indonesia. Now, as a grown up woman things seem look too serious! I need to bring up my funny bone to surface again!
