My sister and I were just talking about the jam thumbprint cookies that our mom used to make, so good, Then there were the lacy oatmeal cookies she made, and the Mexican wedding cookies! So many good ones, it's hard to choose a favourite!
My favourite is white chocolate and caramel. I like when they are thinly baked so I can eat at least two or three!!!!!!! The ice cream that has the same ingredients is delicious too!!!!!!! Now the the colder weather though I think I will stick to the cookies and warm milk xoxo
I love Mexican wedding cookies, Barbara. I just made them not so long ago. I double the almond flour recipe and add a bit of tapioca flour and make the cookies a bit crunchy. I usually make them in Cresent shaped cookies. I might want to make them again very soon! Well, Jen I think I just answered your question.
When I was at the university of Vermont they made double sized chocolate chip cookies with m&ms on top. We would warm them in the microwave. Yummmm. That was my freshman 15!

ReplyDeleteFor me its Ginger Snaps. Or any cookie with ginger. I like the small crisp ones and the really big chewy ones with sprinkle of sugar over them. Yum!
