Where did you grow up?

I grew up all around the world. Sadly I don't remember it. Where did you grow up?

  1. I still haven't and I really don't want to. Lol.

Thats a cheeky way of saying that I have lived in the Metro Vancouver area all my life. Pretty boring but such a beautiful place.

  2. I grew up in Victoria of course which must be one of the best places in the world to grow up because as kids were free to go anywhere and do anything. I also grew up in a time when kids were free to be kids and my parents didn't worry about us the way parents do today. In the Summers we would spend time boating and at Bowen Island where we could be free as the wind. Maybe that's why, like Owen, I feel like I haven't grown up yet. Dad

  5. Hi Jen, I grew up in Vancouver as well as my parents and grandparents so it is definitely a special place for me. Like your dad said, we had so much freedom and only had to show up at home when the lights went on - that meant it was dinner time!! But Vancouver has changed so much - like everywhere - but still such a beautiful city. AP

  6. I am definitely in owen’s camp: I see no inward or outward signs that I have grown up and at this point I doubt I ever will. I am a hopeless case…That said, I spent the formative years of my ungrown-up life in Vancouver.

  7. Hi Jen,
I have always grown up in Ocean Park. I moved all the way to Langley at 21 and still live out this way. I have only ever moved 4 times since I was born. I didn't move until I was 19!
