I don't remember any time when my family had a "yes" day. I do remember one day when I said yes to my sisters who wanted to go bowling. We didn't end up going because I changed my mind at the last minute. Anna got mad at me and I cried for a long time. My sisters and I ended up watching a scary movie together.
I would love to see that newspaper article with my picture on the front page dad.
What is a yes day Jen? Is that when we say yes to everything? I can understand why your sisters and Anna were disappointed after you said yes to bowling and then changed your mind. I will get you the newspaper article. Dad
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is possible to have a 100% yes day. While alot can be agreed to, and yes' can be enacted, there are a alot of no's that have to transpire in a regular day. My goal when i wake up is to have a few more yes' than no's, then I feel like its been a good day.
ReplyDeleteI would also love to see that newspaper article.
Life is full of surprises and many times we have to take a detour, Jen. The funny thing is sometime the detour scenery is so much better the highway road that we were planning to take. Sometimes the NO DAY is not so bad after all. Jen, I like your "Ring" art work, it is different than the rest.
