What I did today #3

I have a electric bed that turns me. My mom leveled the bed at 8:20 this mourning and woke up my computer and got my bluetooth speaker going. I woke up shortly after that. When I woke up I looked around my blue bedroom. I looked up at the ceiling and read the Christen posters on it. All my dolls are on the left side of my bed. I have a ballerina doll that I call Jennifer because I have always wanted to dance. I have another doll that I have named Faith. I have a nun doll that I named Mary. I have a bear that I call Hope. Before she turned me on my side to start physio she turns my story on my computer and bring the speaker over to my bed so I can hear it. When i'm on my side my mom gives me a mouth suction and gives me 9 THC drops in my mouth because my back has been hurting. After she gives me the drops she writes it down in the nurses notes and then she starts physio. I need physio because it loosens the secretions in my lungs. My mom does physio with one hand reads with the other. We go through a lot of books. After physio my mom goes to exercise and Alieshia my caregiver gets me up and takes me to the bathroom. After i'm up I write in my story that i'm writing. After I write in my story I keep listening to my story on my computer and play on Facebook. I play on Facebook until 12:00 and then Aliesha and I get in my car and go to a movie. My favorite movie theature is called Strawberry Hill Cinamas. We went to see the new Aladin. It was good. Aladin is about a street rat and a princess. After we saw the movie we went home and Aliesha took me to the bathroom. What did you do today?

  1. That's nice to know you went to see a movie at a theater, Jen. I didn't do much today, just sleeping and went to the library for an hour but didn't borrow any book this time. Sometime I don't mind not doing much, just enjoying my day relaxing!

  2. Once again you've had a busy day! I saw the ads for the new Aladin movie. It looked pretty exciting.
I had a busy day too. I washed the floors this morning, did the laundry and went for a walk in my neighborhood. I stopped and chatted with several people for quite a long time! When I got home I worked in my gardens, just putting around keeping everything tidy and looking good.
I planned supper, got things started and went for another walk, it was nice and cool today. I saw quite a few bird families. At this time of year the adult birds are taking the newly fledged baby birds to the best food sources. Our bird garden is very popular. At first, the mother bird gets a seed and drops it into the young birds mouth, just like when the baby bird was confined to the nest. Soon the young bird figures out how to get the seed by itself. The mom and the young birds are already the same size but the young ones always flutter their wings excitedly as if to say'Me! Me! Me!
I had a very nice day.

  3. My day srarted at 4:41 when I woke up but thankfully went back to sleep until 6. I had an egg toast and coffee for breakfast. Today I showed my new employee how to install a tub insert. We did this in a condo in morgan crossing. We actually cut out the front wall of the bathtub and put in a plastic insert changing it from a tub to a shower. The customer was very happy as he can now safely get in to have shower. Now my employee can do them and I can have more free time like your Dad (haha). Donna made pizza and huge salad. It was yummy. Tonight I finished taking the rest of the soil out of the compost and putting in the garden. It makes the beds so pretty because the soil is so dark brown. The plants are happy. I had a good day.

  4. I got up with the immediate and unusual task of managing my three brothers. We are on the Sprite V having left Prince Rupert several days ago heading for Alaska where we are now. The fist night we spent in a place called "Foggy Bay" and the second night was spent in a place called Ketchikan. Getting up this morning involved the normal brushing of teeth and making of beds and having a little breakfast etc. I was firstly short changed by your Dad because by the time I got to my breakfast share there was only 5 pieces of cut up cantaloupe in my bowl and no cottage cheese. The others had gobbled up what they wanted and it was like 'too bad, so sad Nick'. Then I had to go and rescue Sam who had relieved himself off the back of the boat in this marina (which any one of us might do too) and the marina people came by in a big huff and said that was inappropriate and we might not be invited back! Next I had to water up the boat water tank, wash up left over dishes and get the boat ready to go to our next destination. Sometimes I have a shower but not this morning. I did have time for a cup of coffee and a piece of toast that your Dad kindly cooked for me. As we left the dock I got heck from all of my brothers for not piloting the boat properly but all went well in the end. That was my morning!

  5. Wow, you had a busy day Jen. When are you going to write about the end of your day when we stretch and massage you before bed and I read you a story? Yesterday I was in Ketchikan Alaska with your uncles in the boat. It was raining when we got up and quite cool but sunny later on. After breakfast we traveled about four hours in the boat to a place called Kassan where there is an abandoned native settlement with lots of old rotting toten poles. It was very cool. We spent the night tied to the dock there and are surprised how good the internet reception is here. There is lots of teasing going on so I have to fight hard not to be bullied like when I was little. But don't worry Jen, I'm going to be okay. Love, Dad
