I like them too Jen. I like Double Delight, it has creamy coloured petals with deep pink edges. So pretty. I've always liked Rose as a girl's name too. How are your flowers doing in your planter? I hope they bloomed well for you this summer. I have some very, very tiny fairy lights in my garden. My husband bought them as a surprise for me and I love them. They're all pastel colours, pink, aqua, blue, mauve, and they're on a thin wire that you can't see. They're solar, so they come on by themselves every evening. That way we enjoy the night garden as well as in the daytime. Barbara
My favourite flower is a black eyed susan. They were Ryan's favourite and he used to sit our beside them when Donna was gardening. We gave everyone at his service a package of seeds. They are now scattered across many countries around the world. It bring me great joy whenever I see them.
I like lilac because they smell so lovely. Roses are beautiful but so few have any scent anymore. I admire wild flowers because they have so tenacious and are so beautiful.
