"As you may have guessed from the name of the parlor, we only do fantasy tatoos."
Sofia followed Tim into a room that looked like a doctors office.
"Lie down on the table and we'll begin," said Tim, "where would you like your tattoo?"
"On my ankle please," said Sofia.
"Black and white or colored?
"I don't know, what do you suggest?"
"I think the colored ones are more pretty but the black and white ones are more dramatic."
"I think I want a colored tattoo of a unicorn."
"Okay then," said Tim sounding happy that a decision was made.
"You know it will hurt, right?"
"Yes, I know and I'm prepared," Sofia said.
Wow, Sofia is such a brave girl,Jen. She reminds me of you! I thought I was a brave girl and then I met you ....I can't wait to see what's Sofia going to do next. Keep up us wanting it more,Jen.
ReplyDeleteWow Jen. I can't believe she is really going to do it! I can't believe her parents are going to let her do it! I hope she doesn't regret it! Dad
ReplyDeleteI agree with Rita and Geoff, Sofia is a brave girl, braver than me! I would think the ankle is very sensitive!! A unicorn is a nice image and I think you may have given us several hints in your story that she might choose one.
ReplyDeleteNow I wonder what happens next!
Seems like Sofia likes the same things you do! Do you remember when you were in hospital and and we were doing pottery painting? I had to paint a unicorn 🌈 colours!
