"Okay then," said Tim sounding happy that a decision was made.
"You know it will hurt, right?"
"Yes, I know and I'm prepared," Sofia said.
While Tim was doing the tattoo, he said, "you know this is a very special tattoo, take very good care of it."
Sofia asked Tim, "what do you mean by take very good care of it?"
Tim just smiled and said, "you will take good care of it, right?"
"Okay," said Sofia wondering what he could mean.
After the tatoo of the unicorn was done, Sofia asked Tim, "how much do I owe you for the tattoo?"
"You owe me $1000."
That's a very expensive work of art, I must say. Jen, I don't think I want to spend that much money on having a tattoo on me but I do know it is very expensive to get a tattoo! John was thinking to get a small maple leaf/Canadian flag tattoo on his his back but didn't have that chance. I love seeing tattoos on people but will never want to get one myself, too scare for regretting it.
ReplyDeleteKeep up with this wonderful storyline, Jen. I'm loving it very much!
Rita is right Jen, it's a good story line. I wonder if you know where it's going? I know you won't tell me. Do you think most authors know where their stories are going? I think you must have made a mistake. Don't you mean $100? Where would Silvia get $1000? Keep up the writing Jen. I can't wait to hear what happens next! Jen
ReplyDeleteWow!!!! She went through with it!!!!! A big commitment for sure but I do love that she chose a Unicorn. I know you love unicorns. I wonder if she would have said no if she knew it was going to cost her $1,000. I wonder what her parents will say!! This is a great story!
ReplyDeleteOk, now we have a mystery!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the significance of the $1000?
What's the catch?
What has she got herself into?
Great story Jen. I can't wait to see where it goes!
