As children we grew up playing simple card games to help us do math in our head quickly. Then as teens we joined in with the aunts, uncles and cousins pkaying canasta and kings in the corner after family dinners, I haven't played cards in years but I do remember the games would fill some cold winter afternoons with fun and conversation.
I like playing cards and my favorite is bridge, Jen. It is a very addicted game and for some people, like me, I can play this game for hours. I used have a great partner and we had our secret ways to win the game. Wow...I can't believe that I haven't played it for more than 21 years 😳
Great question. The fact is that we almost always have a deck of cards around but never dice. I guess that answers the question doesn't it. Most of the time those cards are with crib board as we all like to play that. If by myself, I like to play solitaire.
Jen you why didn’t give board games as a choice of favourites? You love to play Bazaar! No dice or regular playing cards. For me it depends on who I am playing with and my mood too perhaps.
Hi Jen, I love cards and dice. My favourite dice game is Yahtzee and my favourite card game is Hearts. I like that I can play on the computer against other people if I don't have a friend to play with.
