What is the best thing you've ever smelled?

The best smell i'v ever smelled is freshly baked cookies. What is the best thing you've ever smelled?

  1. Lily of the valley, a flower. Seconded by English violets, not to be confused with African violets-which don't have a fragrance. My little friend Linda, had a grandmother who grew both of these along the side of her house. I discovered their sweet unique fragrances when I was about 7 and have never forgotten them.

  2. I like many different kind of scents, I can't choose only one, Jen. Here are in random order: for flowers I like plumeria, Indian jasmine, gardenia, tuberose and yellow ( wild grown )roses. For food I like new baked breads, cakes, cookies and turkey broth. For nature I like the smell of new cut grass, pine trees after the storm and the morning ocean breezes. But the best of all is new baby smell after being bathed!

  3. Were those the cookies that you baked for me Jen? The banana and chocolate chip you made for me last time were delicious. When are you going to make cookies for me again Jen? Dad

  5. My best smells are being outside in nature and recalling lovely odours of my youth like being at a baseball diamond playing little League or smelling the lights of a super low tide. My sense of smell is one of my most treasured senses, U. Nick
