Wow...that's a hard question to answer,Jen. At this time being,I think the song " Watching the wheel" by John Lennon suits my soul very much. I can listen to the song over and over again! I am here just doing my time. I do feel this way almost all of my life actually. I just go with the flow!
Welcome cousin Tessa to Jennifer's blog! I would listen to amazing grace, specifically this performance by the ensemble at my old boarding school, Appleby College for Prince Phillips funeral:. https://youtu.be/JIZLwkby_lY
I notice when I listen to songs that my ear predominately hears the music, and has great difficulty hearing the words. Even when I concentrate really hard to catch the words, I notice my brain fatigues and before I know it I am fully engaged in the music and have no relationship to the words.
So, to answer your question a little differently, I could listen to anything snd everything Chopin composed for the piano. Between his compositions and my love for the piano, I travel to another world!
I am excited for you that your piano is going to be tuned soon! Maybe the piano tuner could play a little Chopin for you!💖💘💖

Hands down it would be Somewhere Over A Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo. It was Ryan's favourite song and always makes me feel good.
ReplyDeleteI can’t think of a favourite song but anything uplifting and energizing works for me. Variety is good!
