The Hydra is hard to kill because it has nine heads. If you cut off one of it's many heads, two more will grow back in it's place. The Hydra had poisioness breath and blood. It is defeated only by using a firebrand to scorch the neck stump each time you cut off a head.
Wow! Is this real or mythology? This is new to me. But your art has also taken a new direction and un my opinion is quite stunning. Without you caption I might have thought it was a Christmas rose.
