I have a electric bed that turns me. My mom leveled the bed at 8:20 this mourning and woke up my computer and got my bluetooth speaker going. I woke up shortly after that. When I woke up I looked around my blue bedroom. I looked up at the ceiling and read the Christen posters on it. All my dolls are on the left side of my bed. I have a ballerina doll that I call Jennifer because I have always wanted to dance. I have another doll that I have named Faith. I have a nun doll that I named Mary. I have a bear that I call Hope. Before she turned me on my side to start physio she turns my story on my computer and bring the speaker over to my bed so I can hear it. When i'm on my side my mom gives me a mouth suction and gives me 9 THC drops in my mouth because my back has been hurting. After she gives me the drops she writes it down in the nurses notes and then she starts physio. I need physio because it loosens the secretions in my lungs. My mom does physio with one hand reads with the other. We go through a lot of books. After physio my mom goes to exercise and Alieshia my caregiver gets me up and takes me to the bathroom. After i'm up I write in my story that i'm writing. After I write in my story I keep listening to my story on my computer and play on facebook. I wait for mom to get back to take me to see Maltilda the play. I went to the bathroom before we went to the theatere. We went to Vancouver to see Maltilda. Maltilda is about a girl and her family and an evil princible. Maltida`s family doesn't want her and she has to ,learn to take care of herself. Maltilda has magical powers. Ms. Honey her teacher has a beautiful doll that the principal stole from her. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the doll in the play and more magic in it. What did you do today?
Jen, it sounds like you had a very busy day. I was glad to read about your day, it helps me to get to know you a little better. I have dolls that I've had for many years too. One of them is named Faith, just like yours. I will give them to our granddaughters when they're a little older.
ReplyDeleteGoing to a play is a pretty exciting event! I like plays, ballet and the symphony. I haven't seen very many though.
Today I gave our little Pomeranian, 'Dolly', a trim and bath. She has a very fluffy coat. I cut it pretty short!! She looks so cute, like a puppy. I do this once a year to cut down on her spring shedding. She has hair a little bit like Indie, but much thicker and fluffier. Does Indie ever get a trim?

Wow...you had another busy and interesting day, Jen. I started my day by visiting a friend and helping her out with the backyard work today. I used to live with her when I was still single. I like helping her out because she has MS which makes her very unstable walking without her walker. I also did some cooking and baking for next week party at my friend's house which I'm very excited about! At late afternoon John and I went for a walk to Crescent Beach. Now, I'm just relaxing watching TV while responding to your blog! I do enjoy reading your thoughts through your blog very much, Jen. It also helps me to expand my thoughts about many things as well. Sometimes we forget how wonderful everything arounds us is until someone reminds us how beautiful they are. I think I did watch a movie called Matilda a long time ago, but I didn't remember what the story is all about, until you remind me of it again.
ReplyDeleteI stayed home today to take advantage of the good weather to power wash the deck and driveway. I went to Home Depot to rent a power washer and it cost $140. I am always amazed how much it costs to rent tools when you can rent a car for a week for the same price. Tool rental must be a good business. It took me all day to power wash the deck and driveway because it is so big. It is a big job but if I don't do it, dirt builds up and it looks and feels awful. It is a big job but I am glad it is done for this year. I also washed the outside of the windows. I am lucky our house is all on one level so it doesn't take very long and I don't have to climb any ladders.
ReplyDeleteIm not sure that anyone will see this as it is now May 30th but on this day I rode my motorcycle from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Amarillo, Texas with my friend. We rode all of Route 66.
