What is something that you think kids understand, but adults do not?
I really don't know. I know there must be something but I can't think of it right now. What is something that you think kids understand, but adults do not?
Kids know how to use and enjoy their imagination. They know how to go all out in play and relaxation. They know how to ask all the right questions and aren’t shy to ask. They know how to trust. They know how to love.
Good morning Jen, I feel kids (who were babies before growing into a kid!) come into this world knowing Truth, with a capital T. By that, I mean Truth of the Universe. Truth of the All-Knowing; the All-encompassing.
Human Beings make up guidelines, rules, to create an order in which we can all live comfortably together in what we call Society. Society is made up of people.
However, one thing about Society, this large, and sometimes very very large number of people which we call Civilization, is that we have forgotten, or perhaps ignored, or perhaps do not understand, that the world and life is not just about Human Beings. Life here on the planet Earth is about Every Thing… all the Land, be it the 🌵 🐪 deserts, , 🌲🌴rainforest, 🏔️⛰️mountains, all the Waters 🌊 oceans, rivers 💦🏊🏾♀️ , the Air 🌬️🌪️🎈🪐🌗🌍, Creatures that crawl 🕷️🐛🐊🐍🐌🦎🪱, fly 🐞🐝🦋🪺🦚🦜🕊️🦩🐖🦅🦆, swim 🐸🦭🐋🐬🐠, animals with four legs that roam the Earth 🦓🦒🦣🐖🦥🦔🦨🐁🐑🦌🐈⬛🐩, two leggeds ones 🤸♂️⛹🏾♀️🏋🏿👩🦽🏌️💆🏼♀️🧘🏾🚴♀️💁🏼♂️🧗🏻♂️🤼👨👩👦👦👩👩👧👧🧙👨👨👧👨🏾🚒👩🏻🍳👯♀️, one legged ones 🌱🌼🥀🌾🍀🌳🌵🌻🍄…. Not to forget Fire 🔥🌟💫⚡️…a very big thought of all that is here on Mother Earth! Whew!!
What I am trying to say is how can we Human Beings know Everything? There is so much “Out There!” Everywhere we look, up into the sky in the day, in the nite, how far we can see, how close up can we see, or hear, or smell, or taste, or touch?!
Ohlala!!! We Human Beings know a lot! But think how much all the creatures know, those wild ones who live on the land, in the air, in the water… what they see, hear, taste, smell, feel…how to find food, what to eat or not eat, where to sleep, where to find water…and they didn’t go to school!
So my thought, and no one has to believe my thought, is that we come from the stars, way up there in the sky, way up there where we can see Everything!!! And one day we get born as a Human Baby, bringing all that All Seeing Wisdom with us, and having been born as a baby, we now get the opportunity to experience what it is like to be a human being, a two legged, who grows up in a family, goes to school, meets friends, learns how to live together in a neighbourhood, community, city, country… live on planet Earth! What an adventure! oh my! So much to experience and learn from the perspective of a Human Being.
Have you ever wondered what your pup dogs think? I often wonder what my cat thinks when she sees me washing dishes, putting on clothes, trying to make music on a ukulele! Driving a car! She might think … ??? What do you think this Kitty 🐈⬛ is thinking about when she sees me doing all these human things!?!
A really long answer to your question, Jen. I get very passionate about this topic as you can see! I think my Kitty wants her hot 🙀breakfast! Miaow miaow, says she! 😻😻😻
