What is your favorite question to ask your friends?

I am not very good at conversations. I know I need to get better at it. What is your favorite question to ask your friends?

  1. Merry Christmas to you, Jen! I hope you will get a lot of presents and love from the family and friends. I have been so busy and also down with a cold for over a week now. My friend, Anita and Alfred were here again last week 😍. It was fun.

To answer your question. When I meet new people I often ask them about their passion for life. The things that make them happy and why? So, now I'm asking you, Jennifer. What is your passion? What are your goals and why them? What are your dreams?

I love dreaming...my best thoughts come between dreams and before falling asleep. The most private times that only for me and God. During that time I have the atmost joyful freedom...

Well, Jen my friend, I will answer your blog again and let you know how me and James, our puppies Toby and Leo are doing. I will send you their pictures after Christmas through your email address.

    Merry Christmas, everyone ❤️. Rita

  2. I always ask "What's new?". Which is a lazy question, but it's impossible to answer yes or no and usually elicits an interesting response. Dad

  3. Hi Jen,

A quick change from a white snow packed world to a tear shaped dripping green world…
My question is “what’s going on in your world?” which, I feel, gives the other person a wide open space from which to choose what they feel like sharing in this particular moment.
And what I call “travelling,” We go wherever the conversation between us takes us. Travelling in their world. A good practice in listening. I love hearing whatever it is that others have to say. I hear what they say, and notice what they don’t say. All without judgement. As the conversation goes on I might have insights for opening the conversation into more depth, or travel more lightly in what is being shared. For me, this is being in the present moment. I prefer to live in the moment rather than the past or future. We need all three, my favorite playground is in the present
    Thanks for your insightful question.
Happy Christmas Eve day to you!

    Love Cousin Tess
